Taking care your leads and gain trust

Now a days, many peoples fail just because of competition.
This happen because do not know how to gain trust from the leads.
Many people still search for a great product support and services.
We can not doubt about this!
How do you know what the people needs?
1) You need to care about them.
Do you care about their situations? You can see through the customer eyes and point of view. Maybe they have no problem with quality of your products, but they have a problem with their Daily Assignment, Task to do, etc… Sometimes they need to share their problems. Help them to solve it! Listen to their heart!
2) identify the product and to collect more information
You need to communicate the benefits to your customers.
Help your customer to see how the product benefits him or her.
You have to make sure that your customer understands about your products or solutions.
3) gives them a free gift.
Remember one thing; the value of your gift is not coming from the prices.
The value of your gift is coming from the human relationship value.
You have to show them about the value of appreciation in your gift. They will remember you!
4) makes a list of customer concerns with the detail explanation.
You will gain trust if you can give a proof to your customer that your responses are acceptable and you can provide a good products and solutions.
That is why many peoples fall into the trap of the force selling systems. They did not notice about “how to take care their customers?” If you can do this thing, you can overcome the common selling problems.
