It’s Important to Follow Up Your Customers

I want to tell you some story about my job as IT Consultant.
The most task I love was to follow up my leads.

Did I follow up my customer?
Yes, because in my mind set, there were some different intentions.

My mind set:
- Taking care your customer have the high value in getting personal touch.
- Always share your information.
- More presentations = more sales convertion.
- Full of knowledge based on your product or service.

When you work as a Consultant, you must overcome this problems:
- Follow up through cold calling.
- Taking care your leads.
- Locate their problems and find them a solutions.
- Calculating price of the value added services in your quotation.
- You have to manages your customers with your time scheduling.
