Business is a kind of personal touch

I’ve been worked with IT solution business about 2 years, but I found that business is a piece of personal characteristic. Business is a personality games, you must know exactly the key to open a business relationship with your customer.

What does the important thing to deal with your customer?

I found one important key that really work when you are dealing with customer.

So, what is the key to success in business relation?

The key is “CARE”. All peoples in the world want to be an important person and they are doing many ways to get attention from others. They need a person to listen to them. As a Consultant or businessman, you really need to be a good listener and treat them as an important person.

You must know the peoples needs. Record every situation that could make your partner happy with your services and support. And then evaluate the situation, improve it until your customer will coming back to you later. They will call you when they have some problems.

Do you know that selling a product is easier than selling a solution?

You should try to sell a solution. Selling a product is different from selling a solution. When you sell a product, your customer already has the description and they can see with their eyes “what kind of the product that you sell”.

When you sell a Solution, I think the major problem is your customer doesn’t know these several things:

“Why they have to listen to you that your solution is good?”

“Who are you?”

“How can you tell me that your solution is good for my company?”

“I can’t even see your product solution, please arranges some demonstration.”

To be a professional entrepreneur, you must pass this problems. Before you build your own business, I think it would be better to learn and take some action first.

Getting a personal in touch is better than doing hard selling stuff. Build a customer relationship and manage it. Locate their problem, and make them feel save to buy your stuff.
